Our current focus is on ... controlling spend controlling procurement / commissioning processes getting a strategic insight into our current contracting situation getting a strategic insight into our internal processes transparency reducing administrative cost improving compliance generating more meaningful management reports Other:	We currently mange our contracts ... with an 'ERP' eTendering or document management system with a shared spreadsheet with multiple spreadsheets with one spreadsheet ... we don't really have a system in place yet This is working ... brilliantly OK, but could be better well enough to struggle on with badly ... it isn't working at all
